Rhona E. Vogel, CPA,
Founder
Rhona is an investment advisor representative and Certified Public Accountant with over 31 years of professional experience. Formerly an Internal Revenue Agent, Rhona moved on to become a partner in the Tax Division for Arthur Andersen. Rhona founded Vogel Consulting in 1993. She graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and presently serves on the Marquette University Board of Trustees and the Wisconsin Historical Foundation. She is a contemporary public speaker on a variety of complex tax and investment subjects. Rhona is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the board of several private family foundations and trusts.

Thomas E. Meilinger,
Managing Director
Tom is an investment advisor representative and joins Vogel Consulting with over 28 years of executive experience in wealth management, corporate consulting and higher education administration. Tom was a founding principal officer for an investment advisory and family office firm in the Midwest. He has also been the president of a public foundation, vice president for a private university and senior consultant to a national marketing firm. Tom has earned a Master of Arts degree in International Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University. Tom previously served as trustee for his church and on the Board of Directors for The Foundation for Independent Higher Education, Stamford, CT., and various chapter affiliates of Rotary International and the Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a board member on private family foundations and is liaison to the Family Office Exchange (FOX), Family Wealth Alliance and the Institute for Private Investors.

Brian Campeau, CPA,
Director of Family Services
Brian is an investment advisor representative and Certified Public Accountant with nine years of integrated wealth management experience. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a bachelors degree in Accounting, and began his career with Vogel Consulting in 1999. Brian was promoted to Senior of Tax and Financial Services in 2002, and received promotion to Director in 2005. Brian is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.

Richard Kollauf JD, CPA,
Director Business and Taxation
Rick in an investment advisory representative and CPA with over 22 years of experience prior to Vogel, as general legal counsel and chief financial officer for a private distribution and real estate business and family. As CFO, he directed all business, shareholder and family issues related to taxes, estate planning and wealth management. Rick has experience in finance, accounting, banking, tax consulting and compliance; including federal and multi-state business (C and S Corp and Partnership) , income tax returns and review services. His legal experience includes business litigation matters, precautionary actions, governmental regulatory issues, real estate, leasing and insurance administration. A former tax manager with Arthur Andersen, Rick managed tax consulting and compliance for corporate and individual clients of exceptional wealth. Rick received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University. Rick serves as President of the Whitnall School Board. Rick is also a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, WICPA and AICPA

Shannon M. Zur, CPA,
Director of Practice Operations
Shannon is an investment advisor representative and Certified Public Accountant. She began her career at M&I Northern Bank working in the audit department where she was responsible for asset based lending and bank regulatory audits. Shannon graduated cum laude with a double major in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. As Director of Practice Operations, Shannon works in a client service role and supervises the investment and tax staff. Shannon is also responsible for company -wide training and coordination of staffing assignments. She is a member of the AICPA and WICPA. Her community involvement includes serving in the Waukesha Noon Lioness Club and various church boards and programs. Shannon also enjoys judging regional gymnastics competitions.

Barbara J. Langkau, CPA,

Barbara is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience. Her experience comes from a top regional CPA and business consulting firm, Schenck Business Solutions, based in Wisconsin. Barb also has experience in banking operations and was a controller for a privately held business which was recognized as a winner in the first NE Wisconsin Business Plan Competition. She received her Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Lakeland College of Wisconsin. Barbara is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David Stafseth, CPA
Director Of Client Services - Chicago
David is an investment advisor representative and certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in tax, finance, investments and mergers and acquisitions both domestic and international. He graduated from the University of Illinois, in Urbana. David has been responsible for various tax planning and compliance services for a diverse set of clients, corporations, partnerships and trusts. He has also been involved with several international acquisitions in both United Kingdom and Japan, including tax, financing, and due diligence issues. He also belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Lynn M. Henck
Director of Compliance & Executive Relations
Lynn joined Vogel Consulting in 1993 and has helped build Vogel to its present status as one of the top multi-service family offices in the country. Lynn began her career as an office manager for an accounting firm in Milwaukee. She then joined Arthur Andersen's Human Resource Department, where she helped coordinate the training of audit and tax professionals, tracked the firm's EEOC compliance and facilitated new employee orientations. Lynn received her Associate Degree in Administration from Waukesha County Technical College. She is an active member of the National Association of Accounting Administrators and past board member of the Wisconsin Association of Accounting Administrators.

Computer systems support, administrative support, payroll, budgeting, controllership, compliance, records administration and management.
Ryan Moran, CFA, CPA,
Manager of Investment Analysis
Ryan brings over ten years of professional experience to Vogel. Before joining the firm, Ryan was a staff accountant with a multi-national manufacturing firm and a music distributor. He also spent time in public accounting both preparing tax returns as well as auditing closely-held businesses. In addition, Ryan has worked as an internal auditor improving internal processes and controls for a Fortune 500 gas and electric utility. He also worked in the utilities' corporate affairs department drafting regulatory documents, improving the company's corporate governance standards, training employees on ethics, and supporting the audit committee and finance committee of the Board of Directors. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where he double majored in accounting and finance. He also has a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ryan has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2002 and received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2006.

Bruce Bozman,
Manager of Investment Operations
Bruce is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of securities experience including financial analysis, investment research, and operational management. He started his career at Boyle Securities and later became operations manager at Annex Wealth Management before becoming vice president at Northern Trust Securities in Chicago. Bruce received his Bachelor's degree from Lawrence University, Appleton, WI. He has achieved FINRA investment licenses 4, 7, 24, 55 and 66.

At Vogel Consulting, Bruce manages processes and procedures in the investment operations practice to increase efficiency and communication between investment operations and compliance. He also oversees global performance review, performance reporting and staffing related to integrated client report functions.
Linda York,
Human Resource Manager
Linda York joined VC in May 2006 after having moved to the Milwaukee area from St. Louis, Missouri. Linda's previous experience includes working as the Assistant Human Resources Manager with a large advertising firm, a Corporate Recruiter with a Fortune 500 company in St. Louis, and as a Recruiter for a private jet management company in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also successful as an Executive Recruiter with a national, executive-level placement firm. Her previous experience as a Corporate Recruiter is a great asset to VC as the firm has continued to grow.
Linda studied at the University of Kansas where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French & Women's Studies in 1994. She later went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis in 2000. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Firm-wide recruiting, benefits administration, new hire orientation, employee relations, and HR consulting for Vogel's client Families.
